Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Skeldyne collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible to run the service.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — your email address, credit balance, and usage totals (requests and tokens), so we can operate your account and show your usage.
  • Lesson notes (optional) — if you use the lessons feature, we store the short technique notes the assistant saves for you. They are private to your account — nobody else can read them, Skeldyne included — screened to contain no secrets or personal data, and you can delete them at any time with /lessons clear.

2. What we do not collect

Your source code and your prompts are not stored on our servers. Editing and running code happen in your own terminal.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics to understand aggregate site usage — for example, which pages are visited. It does not use tracking cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not follow you across other websites.

5. Improving the shared knowledge base

Anonymized lesson notes — never linked to your account — may be reviewed to improve the general knowledge that benefits all users. Nothing is added without human approval.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to run Skeldyne (such as our payment processor) or where required by law.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can clear your lesson notes at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

8. Security

We protect your account with encrypted connections and issue API keys that you can rotate or reset at any time from your dashboard.
