Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Skeldyne and the Erevos-03 coding agent, accessed through the skelmini command-line tool. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Skeldyne provides access to Erevos-03, a coding agent that runs in your terminal. Features and capabilities may evolve as we improve the product.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep it current — account access is tied to it.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person or organization, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Credits and billing
- Usage is prepaid: you add credits in advance, and usage draws them down at the published rate. Credits do not expire.
- Pro is an optional $15/month subscription that halves your usage rate and includes $5 of monthly credit. You can cancel at any time — your rate simply returns to standard at the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to produce unlawful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its security.
- Resell, sublicense, or present the service to third parties as your own.
- Use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction of its outputs.
5. Your code and content
You retain all rights to the code and content you work on. You are responsible for what you submit and for the results of applying the agent's output. As described in our Privacy Policy, your code and prompts are not stored on our servers.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future usage. Credits you have already purchased are honored at the rate in effect when they are used.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or limit an account that violates these Terms or abuses the service. Where an account is closed without fault on your part, any unused credits remain refundable as described in the Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Erevos-03 is an automated tool; its output may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing any changes before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skeldyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
