Refund Policy

1. Prepaid credits
Unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, go to your billing page and submit a request — we'll process it to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
2. Pro subscription
The monthly Pro fee ($15) is billed at the start of each billing period and is non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Any usage credit already added to your balance is yours to keep, and your rate returns to standard at the end of the period.
3. How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and returned to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.
